SBIHM , is dedicated for building the career of the students by providing quality education and followed up with quality training. We have researched in the process, to find the need of the industry and equipped ourselves to provide finest possible training and development procedures so that our students excel all around the globe.

The training & placement activities start from the very first day a student enters the institute. It includes Soft Skill Training, Pre-Placement Talk, Mock Placement Activity and organizing Campus Interviews. Regular workshops and seminars are organized to enhance the personality, grooming and communication of the students. The teachers at every step emphasize and guide the students with these aspects of student development. We groom & train the students to pursue their career in the path of academic and professional excellence to become the future professionals of the industry.

Students are constantly guided for academic intelligence beyond the regular curriculum to make them competitive for the industry.

A mock training & placement activity is conducted to accustom the students with the interview procedures. Students learn the way to appear for written test, group discussion, presentation and personal interview. The Training & Placement Department coordinate and maintain liaisons with various organizations and arrange the Campus Interviews for the students. Representatives from leading companies visits college campus and make presentations about the benefits of working for their organizations. It is followed by their selection procedures with a “Dare to do” attitude.

The training cell operates as an intermediary between students and companies which creates professional, opportunities for them and also helps students to recognize their own potential, develop skills required by the competitive job market and get placed in five star hotels, Hospital, Bank, Insurance, Retails, FMCG, Real Estate, Tourism, Media, Information Technology (software & Hardware) and other hospitality sectors.
